Alberta certification prerequisites
The Alberta Firefighter Certification Program currently certifies Fire Service Instructor II under NFPA 1041, 2019 edition. Current certification prerequisites include:
- Successful NFPA 1041 Fire Service Instructor II evaluation.
- NFPA 1041 Fire Service Instructor I.

How certification works
Northline delivers the Fire Service Instructor II training. The Government of Alberta Firefighter Certification Program administers the Pro Board certification examination and application process. Candidates who pass the required assessments and meet all prerequisites can receive Pro Board certification from the Government of Alberta.

Yes. Northline can scope department group delivery for agencies developing a stronger internal instructor bench. Group scheduling and pricing are provided by written proposal.
