Build the Next Generation of Emergency Professionals With Us
Northline is an Alberta-based emergency training and consulting company built by frontline emergency responders. We're always interested in hearing from experienced instructors, coaches, and professionals who want to help departments and candidates perform at their best.
Why Northline
Northline was founded by active emergency service professionals who understand what makes training useful on the job. We build practical, standards-based education, and we're building the team to deliver it. If you want to be part of that from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
What We Look For
Across every role, we look for real operational credibility: people who have done the work they're teaching, who communicate clearly under pressure, and who care about the people they're training. Formal instructor certifications are valued but not always required. What matters most is whether you can be trusted in front of a room of candidates or a department that's counting on the training to be right.
Areas We're Often Looking to Grow Into
Fire Service Instructors
Experienced fire service professionals able to deliver NFPA-aligned instruction, officer development, or incident command training.
Medical & EMS Instructors
Certified providers who can teach Red Cross or Heart & Stroke Foundation programs to a professional, frontline standard.
Recruitment Coaches
Current or former fire service members interested in coaching applicants through testing, interviews, and department processes.
Program & Business Development
People who can help Northline grow: course development, department partnerships, operations, or client relationships.
This isn't a list of confirmed current openings; it reflects the kind of people we're generally interested in connecting with as Northline grows. Submit your interest below regardless of exactly which category fits, and we'll follow up.
