Why join our team
Northline was founded by emergency service professionals. We build standards-based training for use on the job, and we're building the team that delivers it. If you want to join early, we want to hear from you.
What we look for
In every role, we look for people who have done the work they teach, who communicate clearly under pressure and who care about the people they train. We value formal instructor certifications, and some roles require them. A room of candidates, or a department counting on the training, has to be able to trust you to get it right.
Areas we're looking to grow into
Fire Service Instructors
Experienced fire service professionals able to deliver NFPA-aligned instruction, officer development, or incident command training.
Medical & EMS Instructors
Certified providers who can teach Red Cross or Heart & Stroke Foundation programs.
Recruitment Coaches
Current or former fire service members interested in coaching applicants through testing, interviews, and department processes.
Program & Business Development
People who can help Northline grow: course development, department partnerships, operations, or client relationships.
