Which Course Your Workplace Needs
- Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED. The common workplace requirement, and what most Calgary employers book for general office, retail, trades and service teams.
- Advanced First Aid. For higher hazard operations, remote or industrial worksites and teams whose distance from medical aid raises the required level.
- Basic Life Support. A separate professional resuscitation program, where a clinical or healthcare role specifically requires BLS rather than workplace first aid.

How long is the certification valid?
Three years for both Standard First Aid and Advanced First Aid. Employers usually book on a rolling cycle so a whole team does not expire in the same month, and we can scope it that way.
Can you train shift workers without shutting the site down?
Usually, yes. Scheduling is part of what gets scoped: split groups, back to back sessions or training around an operational window. Tell us how your shifts run and we will build the schedule around them rather than around ours.
