Stronger:
Coordinated daily work with a four person operations team and resolved customer issues requiring escalation to a supervisor.
Keep the language accurate: describe each responsibility at the level you held it.
Quantify carefully
Numbers can improve clarity when they are real and relevant.
Useful examples include team size, call volume, training hours, project size, number of participants instructed, or the frequency of a recurring responsibility.
Use exact figures only where you have them.
