Stronger:

Keep the language accurate. Do not inflate routine responsibilities into command roles you did not hold.
Quantify Carefully
Numbers can improve clarity when they are real and relevant.
Useful examples include team size, call volume, training hours, project size, number of participants instructed, or the frequency of a recurring responsibility.
Do not invent precision simply to make a bullet look stronger.
