This is an assessment, not a lecture.
You will work through original Northline stations without being coached through the answer.
We are looking at how you assess the patient, set priorities, build a differential, communicate, manage within your scope and keep the call organized when the clock is moving.
Afterward, we go through the decisions that cost you time or clarity and give you a written scorecard with the work I would do next.
What Happens in the Session
- Run two stations cold No hints. No rescue from the instructor. The point is to see your current process under pressure.
- Get scored on the things that show up in the room Assessment. Priorities. Clinical reasoning. Management. Reassessment. Communication. Organization. Time.
- Fix the weak part, not everything The debrief is built around what happened in your mock, not another generic review of paramedic school.
- Leave with a written action plan You will know what held up, what did not and what to practise before the real assessment.

If you have only ever practised scenarios with somebody helping you along, you do not know how your process holds up cold.

Who this is for
This is a strong fit if:
- your target department uses a medical scenario, OSCE-type station or clinical practical
- you are already a PCP or ACP and know the underlying medicine

FAQ
Is this the exact scenario my department will use?
No. The scenarios are original Northline material. The point is to test your process, not memorize a station.
Is this for PCPs or ACPs?
Both. Your mock is built around the registration level you currently hold and the target department you give us when you book.
How many scenarios do we run?
The standard session includes two timed stations plus a short clinical reasoning, history or pharmacology round when it is appropriate to your scope.
Will you tell me if I would have passed?
No. Departments control their own scoring and selection decisions. You receive a Northline practice score and a clear breakdown of what was strong and what needs work.
What if I need coaching before I am ready for a mock?
