Group Format
A small live group
Every candidate takes a turn in the hot seat, answers live and gets feedback in front of the group. Watching the others answer shows you what a panel listens for.
Live and unrecorded. The questions are Northline's own practice questions.
Two Hours
Agenda
- 15 min What the panel scores.
- 20 min Four questions panels commonly ask, and why the obvious answer loses.
- 55 min Hot seats. Every candidate answers live, in front of the group, and gets feedback.
- 10 min The questions you ask them, and what your question reveals about you.
- 20 min Open floor.
