Free Sessions
Free Introductory Sessions for Departments, Employers and Applicant Groups
Northline offers free, no-obligation introductory sessions for departments, employers and applicant groups: a short, focused session before committing to a full course or consulting engagement.
How It Works
These are short, free sessions with no sales pitch. We come to you, or meet virtually, cover one focused topic, and leave time for real questions. Some sessions lead to a course, consulting engagement or coaching relationship afterward. Many don't. Either way, the session covers something useful on its own.
Formats
Department Lunch & Learn
A 30 to 45 minute session at your hall, covering one focused topic (an NFPA update, an incident command concept, or a first aid refresher) with time for questions.
Employer Safety Briefing
A short, practical session for workplaces weighing their OHS first aid options, with no obligation to book anything afterward.
Recruitment Info Session
A candid session for a group of firefighter applicants on what the process looks like, and where coaching helps most.
